Over the last few months when I first turn on my truck my radio volume shoots up to the max volume. I have to continuously turn the volume knob down to keep it from being so loud for about 2 minutes before I'm actually able to control the volume. You can try resetting the radio by removing power from it for a few minutes, reconnecting it and trying again. There is a HMI update that helps, most of the time it’s a connection issue. There are several fuses to check, left hand side fuse block inside the vehicle had a couple for the bcm and radio, the right hand side has the infotainment display fuse, I can get numbers. Fuse 18 and Fuse 34 are the main for that circuit.

So on mine you would have it on radio, and all the other screens would show up on it. I took it they updated it and all is good now. You may want to have them check your voltage though.
